Final Project

Creating a multimedia project is not an easy task, but I found that creating a project that you enjoy makes the overall experience meaningful and fun. I learned the importance of creating appealing multimedia along with do's, and dont's when making a website. My final project's method consisted of components of media design, Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning, storyboarding, etc. When creating my project, I began with a storyboard. I knew what I wanted to do and had an idea of what I wanted my project to look like. After sketching my storyboard, I began to create. I took into consideration components I learned in module 3, layout and composition, typography, color theory, images, and video tips. I considered Mayer's 12 principles of Multimedia Learning and incorporated a video with text. I did not want to overdo it, so I kept it simple. This semester I learned how to create a logo, so I also made a logo for this website and business. Everything I learned in this course facilitated me in designing a website.
